This purpose of this course is to make first responders aware of safe quick clearance strategies for traffic incident management. It gives detailed instructions and examples that involve clearing an incident scene as soon as practical to restore normal traffic flow while also optimizing operational efficiency for all personnel involved in managing traffic incidents.
