Prerequisite: Basic Fire Police (BFPO)

This course will reinforce and futher explain the role and responsibilities of the Pennsylvania Special Fire Police Officer.  Additional examination and clarification of the existing law, focus on health and safety issues affecting fire police, legal concepts, dealing with people, incident response and scene management, communications, public relations, tactical considerations, effective use of resources,  and developing and sustaining interagency relationships.
